Project Description: The purpose and intent of this solicitation is to obtain sealed competitive bids to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment, for the removal and replacement of two underground fuel storage tanks (“UST”), in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Prevailing wage shall apply to the Work at $250,000 more in value. Bidders must bid on both sites to be considered for award.
Site 1: Fairfax County Greater Springfield Fire Station (C022) Fuel Site located at 7011 Backlick Road, Springfield VA 22150. (ref. Site 1 Technical Specifications p24-29) Site 2: Fairfax County Adult Detention Center Fuel Site located at 10600 Page Avenue, Fairfax 22030. (ref. Site 2 Technical Specifications p30-35)
