Sealed bids for the paving of various roads within the City of Columbia, Mississippi, will be received by The Honorable Justin McKenzie, Mayor of the City of Columbia, Mississippi, until 10:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 , at the City Hall located at 201 Second Street, Columbia, MS 39429 (601-736-8201), and shortly thereafter will be opened and publicly read. Bidders who wish to submit bids electronically in lieu of a sealed bid may submit their bid through www.dunganeng.com .

The work involved in the project includes roadway base repairs, hot mix asphalt leveling, hot mix asphalt overlays, asphalt milling, and related items of work as described in the project Bidding Documents. All documents required for bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P.A., 1574 Highway 98 East, Columbia, Mississippi 39429 (601-731-2600), www.dunganeng.com . Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website to be on the official plan holders list. Bid preparation will be in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders bound in the Documents. The City of Columbia reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and/or all bids.
