  7. Thence northeasterly to Trail Street;
  8. Thence east along Trail Street to the point of ending a Jackson Street.

Background

The brick sewer to be rehabilitated is part of a longer interceptor sewer known as the Monkey Run Sewer. The brick section was constructed in approximately 1907. In 2022, the sewer was cleaned, inspected by closed-circuit television and evaluated to determine current conditions and deficiencies. The sewer was found to be in fair condition with sections with infiltration leaking and compromised mortar joints. The purpose of the contract is to address those defects to extend the service life of the sewer. The Condition Assessment Report (prepared by Consultants, Ltd, dated 11-25-22) is attached for informational purposes.
