Description

Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 13, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will be declared non-responsive. This requirement is for the provision of maintenance on Emergency Electrical Power Supply System as described in the Statement of Work, for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) located at Justice Building, 249 Wellington Ave, Ottawa, Ontario. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement. The site visit will be held on April 24, 2025 at 10:00am EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 16, 2025 at 14:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name and dates of birth of the persons who will attend the visit. Attendees must wear steel-toe boots/shoes. Bidders who do not comply will be permitted to participate in the site visit.
