Description

Design & Construction of a splashpad with 7 to 9 water features. construction must include all necessary labor and materials. Design must use fresh water ( recycled water is not allowed). The construction will include building a wall to raise the area of the project to level with surrounding areas & other ground preparations. Project paid for with LWCF grant and winning bidder must comply with BABA ( Buy America Build America) requirements. They also must participate in EVERIFY and supply a signed affidavit to such.
