Description
The scope of work for this project consists of removing existing vegetation in the area of the proposed planter bed, planting new trees, shrubs, and groundcover, and placing weed control barrier and pinestraw mulch. Tree watering bags shall be utilized for watering the trees. No irrigation system is allowed within the GDOT right-of-way
