The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities to establish a contract to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete, replacement of the HVAC system, at the Logan/Mingo Armed Forces Readiness Center, in Holden, WV, per the attached specifications.
