Sequential numbering, 250 decals per roll with lowest number on outside of roll, with perforation on liner, in between each decal. Shrinkwrap @ 250/roll, The use of sub-contractors is not permitted.

Digit(s) beyond 3, after the decimal point shall be dropped by DAS and not used in evaluation and any subsequent award.
