The City of Perry is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to purchase two (2) new half-ton pickup trucks
according to the attached specifications. Preference may be given to vendors with the ability to deliver the
vehicle within 60 days of order, depending on cost differential.
I ask that you strictly comply with these specifications and return the same to the City of Perry, clearly
marked "BID NUMBER 2027-02", on or before 10:00 AM on September 8, 2026. Bids can be mailed or
delivered to the Finance Department - Purchasing, ATTN: Bid #2027-02, CITY OF PERRY GA, 1211
Washington Street, P O Box 2030, Perry, GA 31069. No faxes or emails accepted. No other city office
will accept bids unless specified on the bid.
The City of Perry reserves the right to accept any and all parts of this bid. We also reserve the right to
reject all bids and to waive informalities.
Please include any delivery charges in your bid.

The City of Perry is seeking quotes to purchase two (2) new half-ton, 2-wheel-drive, short-
wheelbase pickups that meet the general specifications provided below.
It is not the intent of these specifications to exclude any manufacturer/dealer/contractor from submitting
a quote. The City reserves the right to determine whether any or all deviations from the below
specifications will or will not be accepted. The City intends to award this vehicle's purchase to the lowest
responsive, responsible bidder.
