The City of Davenport, Iowa is accepting proposals for Property Acquisition and Relocation Services. Work will include appraisal and appraisal review, preparing all documentation, negotiation, tenant relocation, and closing process.
Negotiations, acquisition and relocation of tenants required to follow Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
