Solicitation Summary
The Town of Port Deposit is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the planning, design, permitting, and bid phase services of Marina Park located near the intersection of S. Main Street and Bainbridge Road along the Susquehanna River. The project shall include creation of new access to and circulation within the park, establishment of a living shoreline and launch for canoes and kayaks, creation of a parking area, relocation of the boat ramp and restoration of concrete bulkhead, and landscaping and scenic viewshed enhancements. The Town of Port Deposit anticipates awarding one project-specific contract for these services. The duration of the Contract will not exceed five (5) years. The total funding authority for this contract shall not exceed $750,000.
