Extended Day Program Financial Management Software

The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Extended Day Program Financial Management Software for Greenville County Schools in accordance with the specifications and terms and conditions of this solicitation. The purpose of this solicitation is to have an integrated online afterschool child care management program that can be accessed by each of the approximate 57 locations individually, as well as access to all locations by the District. This software needs to provide a variety of financial tools for payment and receipting including online and mobile access for parents. The software will need to track and permit reporting by location for profitability ratio analysis, daily attendance, annual registration, and daily time-stamped sign-out. Pricing is based on approximately 4,650 students in grades 4K to 8 at 57 locations; in so doing allowing a set fee to be assumed by each location. The number of students and registered locations is subject to change as programs grow in attendance. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 , through the Procurement Portal.
