Summary

The Solano County Juvenile Detention Facility (JDF) is in need of replacing its two (2) kitchen ovens and one (1) steamer. The current ovens and steamer are 20 years old. The equipment is needed daily to produce the meals for all youth in custody. JDF has been experiencing increasing issues with both the kitchen ovens and steamer, resulting in impacts to youth food production. JDF is seeking to vendor to supply and fully install two (2) ovens and one (1) steamer. The awarded vendor shall work with JDF's kitchen staff to ensure installation does not impact food production.
