25-0074 10/28/2025 1:45:00 PM Sedgwick County Courthouse Annex Remodel - Phase 2 A pre-bid meeting will be held on site. Bidders are to meet at 525 N. Main, Wichita, KS beginning at 9:00 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. Meeting will start at the Courthouse Police office at the North end of the Courthouse Annex/West side. Attendance is not mandatory; however, this will be the only time to meet directly with county staff and the architect to answer questions concerning this project. General contractors are encouraged to have their subcontractors attend this meeting to view the site conditions.
