This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 and Far Part 36, as modified by the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviations. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available

Solicitation number W50S74-26-Q-A022 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for project titled Repair RTS Multiple Buildings.

Base CLIN 0001 Repair Billets 2250-2259

Option CLIN 0002 Repair Kitchen building 2296

Option CLIN 0003 Repair Bathhouse Building 2291

Option CLIN 0004 Repair Pavilion Building 2290

Demo, refinish and provide exterior building components for 13 buildings totaling approximately 9,600 sf. The buildings include 10 Billets, Kitchen, Bathhouse, and Pavillion. Work includes roofs, doors, windows, skylights, walls, finishes, painting, signage, mechanical, electrical, lighting, and sitework.

Period of Performance is 120 days after notice to proceed.

Request for Information are due by 3:00pm, 14 September 2026 PST

Quotes are due by 11:00am, 18 September 2026 PST

A site visit is scheduled for September 11 at 10:00am PST. Site visit is not required but encouraged. Due base access security requirement you MUST submit your pass request in order to attend the site visit (see attachments) no later than 4 September at 3:00 pm.
