Assessment and Repair of Underground Water Main Break for Spring Grove Hospital Center

The MARYLAND DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH – Spring Grove Hospital Center is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to obtain services that include the performance of a site assessment, subsequent excavation, repair, remediation and restoration services for three underground water main breaks (and affected areas) on the Spring Grove Hospital Center Campus, at 55 Wade Avenue, Catonsville, Maryland. The Contract will include all applicable services and tasks associated with inspection/damage assessment, excavation and isolation, pressure testing, disinfection/remediation, site restoration, documentation, and site cleanup, to include a warranty for the services performed. Spring Grove Hospital Center is fully Joint Commission accredited, and CMS certified and is an integral part of the mental health services delivery system of the State of Maryland, providing inpatient treatment for adults and adolescents (ages 13 through 17). The SGHC campus is comprised of approximately 175 acres.
