Project Description: INTRODUCTION
Lehigh County Authority formally requests sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to provide comprehensive, year-round Land Management Services for our properties. The contract term will be for one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
SCOPE OF WORK
The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining the safety, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal of the designated properties. Key services include, but are not limited to:
• Grass Management: Scheduled grass cutting, edging, fertilization, and weed control for all lawn areas.
• Landscaping Services: Maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and trees, including pruning, mulching, and seasonal planting.
• Snow & Ice Removal: Proactive and timely plowing, salting, and de-icing of all parking lots, roadways, and walkways to ensure safe access.
• Seasonal Clean-Up: Comprehensive spring and fall clean-up, including leaf removal and debris disposal.
