MPU Pressure Piping
Synopsis:

SRC is currently constructing a unique project: North America’s first integrated, fully commercial, demonstration Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF). The facility will consist of the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU), Solvent Extraction Unit (SXU), Terbium/Dysprosium Unit (TbDy), Metal Smelting Unit (MSU), and Tailings Processing Unit (TPU) housed within two buildings, Bay R and Bay P. The processing capability of this plant will enable rare earth-containing feedstocks of monazite, chlorides, or carbonates to be separated into individual rare earth elements in various finished forms. The facility is located near SRC’s existing properties in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is advancing the construction of North America’s first integrated Rare Earth Processing Facility (REPF) in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. To support this effort, SRC is seeking qualified respondents to supply and install the pressure piping within the Monazite Processing Unit (MPU) of the REPF.
