Solicitation Description:

Child Care Associates (CCA) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive, commercial landscaping and grounds maintenance services. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, and expertise necessary to perform mowing, edging, plant and shrub care (including trimming and pruning), tree trimming, weed and debris removal, blowing, sweeping, and site inspections. Services will cover various Child Care Studio locations and the corporate office, in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. The goal of this program is to maintain attractive, safe, and orderly grounds through a structured landscape and tree care plan.
