Fountain Maintenance Services

Project Description: The University of Texas at Dallas Facilities Management Office is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive fountain maintenance services for the Main Campus. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of routine fountain upkeep, including water testing and balancing, cleaning surfaces and debris removal, equipment inspection, filter maintenance, and chemical supply. Services must be performed under University oversight and in accordance with contract terms. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to ensure proper operation and appearance of campus fountains, along with regular reporting of maintenance activities.
