Description:
The James Island Public Service District (JIPSD) is seeking a professional to provide on-call locating and marking of underground wastewater utilities. On average, the District receives 300-500 locate tickets a month. The Offeror should also be able to provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) location services as needed.
