Synopsis:
|
|
SRC requires the supply Supply of two (2) Integrated Reactor-Filtration-Drying Skid for the production of rare earth fluorides at a pilot scale. The lessons from this pilot may be used in conjunction with the Rare Earth Elements Processing Facility (REPF) plant in Saskatoon.

The Vendor shall design, supply, fabricate, assemble, test, document, and deliver two (2) identical fully integrated, skid-mounted process systems, each consisting of:

Two (2) Jacketed chemical reactors with agitators and vapour condensers, approximate 600L volume
-
Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD), approximate 130L volume
-
Vacuum generation and solvent recovery system
-
Heating and cooling systems suitable for both reactor(s) and ANFD, sized to heat and cool only one of the reactors or the Nutsche filter at a time – not concurrently

Interconnecting piping, instrumentation, controls, and utilities

Fluid transfer system for moving slurry from reactor vessels to the ANFD
Each of the systems shall be engineered as single, integrated process units, mechanically and functionally tested at the vendor’s facility prior to shipment, suitable for installation and operation in Canada.
