Professional Electrical Underground Design and Engineering Services (Rebid)

In accordance with the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes for Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), the City of Winter Park is accepting qualification submittals from any firm or individual licensed to perform professional services in the State of Florida with demonstrable professional experience and interest in providing these services to the City of Winter Park.

This project involves the design of a system conversion to relocate and maintain all lines, equipment, and lighting conductors underground. The primary focus areas will include equipment placement and transformer loading. This scope is solely limited to design services, as the construction phase has already been awarded under a separate solicitation.

Approximately eight (8) miles of overhead wire remain to be addressed under this project. The City anticipates completion of the overall undergrounding initiative by Fiscal Year 2030.
