Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: USH & USDC
The purpose of this contract is for the Contractor to be authorized by the Department of Health and Human Services ("DHHS"), Utah State Hospital (USH) located at 1300 East Center Street, Provo, UT and Utah State Developmental Center (USDC) at 895 N. 900 E., American Fork, UT to provide for procuring and implementing a comprehensive medical billing system for the above described facilities
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5-years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for at least one year.
