DRC UNIFORM APPAREL FOR THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF REHABILITATION AND CORRECTION

Amendment 2, resulting in Round 3, has been iss ued to add Contract secti on 3.10, SUBSTITUTION OF ITEMS, to the contract. This amendment is also issued to extend the inquiry and closing dates, and to repaginate.

Amendment 1, resulting in Round 2 has been issued to update the item grid to include fringe sizes for items 1.3.1, 1.3.2 and 1.3.4 of the bid, effective 8/6/2026.

The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract providing uniform apparel for security staff of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (DRC). This bid includes men’s and women’s shorts, pants, long and short-sleeved polo shirts, long and short-sleeved button-down shirts, and jackets. DRC is required to provide three shirts and three pairs of bottoms for each uniformed staff member every fiscal year. Staff can mix and match the shirts, pants, and shorts on this Contract to meet their needs. DRC is a decentralized agency, so each institution has its own procedure and schedule for placing orders under the contract.
