Electronic quotations shall be submitted to: facilities.proposals@kissimmee.gov The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, excavation, materials, permits, restoration, disposal, and incidentals necessary to waterproof the building foundation.
The work shall include excavation, concrete surface preparation, crack repair, waterproofing membrane installation, protection board installation, termination bars, backfill, grading,
landscape restoration, cleanup, and final inspection.
All work shall comply with the current Florida Building Code, manufacturer installation requirements, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal requirements.
