Solicitation number 36C77626Q0121 is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the services of OVID Core Biomedical Collection to various Department of Veterans Affairs medical facilities.
This acquisition is a total set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
