San Bernardino County, through Human Services for Children and Family Services is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations, and firms, hereinafter referred to as Proposers or Contractors to provide Independent Living Program Transportation Services, under a fee-for-service agreement for the period beginning July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, contingent on the availability of funds to the County and Contractor performance. The County may, but is not obligated to extend awarded Contract(s) for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods, contingent on the availability of funds and Contractor performance The maximum amount of funding available under this Contract shall not exceed $175,000 annually, and a grand total of $875,000, for the full term, of which $437,500 may be federally funded. The consideration to be paid to Contractor, as provided herein, shall be in full payment for all Contractors services and expenses incurred in the performance hereof, including travel and per diem. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received.
