ADDENDUM #1 – HURRICANE DEBRIS CLEAN-UP AT BILL COY PRESERVE
To: All Interested Quoters
Quoters are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the above named quote documents. The following
items are issued to add to, modify, and clarify the quote documents. These items shall have the same force and effect as the
original quote documents. Quote Forms, to be submitted on the specified date, shall conform with the additions, deletions and
revisions listed herein.
ITEM #1
QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:
Q1: Is there a target Completion Date?
A1: Yes, all work must be completed by March 31, 2026.
Q2: Is a mangrove disturbance permit required?
A2: No.
Q3: Will a sonar survey be required?
A3: No.
Q4: What is the estimated budget?
A4: $30,000.
Q5: Can the Contractor utilize a drone to inspect the site?
A5: Yes.
Q6: Does the Contractor have to remove any cut branches?
A6: No, the Contractor is only responsible for the removal of human-made debris.
Q7: What is the closest landfill?
A7: The Charlotte County Landfill is located at 29751 Zemel Road, Punta Gorda, Florida 33955.
ITEM #2
CLARIFICATION: The County will be responsible for clearing vegetation from the staging area at the end of
Moss Drive. Contractors are not allowed to use Lake Drive as an access point. Any questions from property
owners should be directed to the County representative.
Quoters are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their quote forms. All other terms and conditions of the original
quote and contract documents remain the same.
