Scope of Services
The New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) is seeking bids from qualified & experienced Hauling Contractors in the State of Florida to provide transportation, treatment and disposal of domestic wastewater biosolids produced 7 days a week, 24 hours per day at NSBU Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) located at 3119 SR44 in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. The Hauling Contractor shall be responsible to dispose biosolids to a Residuals Management Facility (RMF) permitted by Florida Department of Environmental (FDEP).
