at which time the bids will be privately opened and read in the Office of Procurement Bid Room.

Bid documents will be available beginning August 17th , 2026, at the Office of Procurement, or through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com; Please refer to the bid number and opening date when requesting. This Invitation for Bid is in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30B.

The City of Springfield acting through its School Department Title I Program is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide educational and counseling services according to the requirements of the federally-funded Title I Program to eligible students enrolled in non-public schools. Services will be delivered to K-12 students who meet the eligibility criteria and who reside in eligible school attendance areas.

The total amount of this RFP is for $115,000.00 per year. The estimated total of students is 450.

The term of the contract shall cover the time period between September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. This contract shall include an option to renew for two additional one-year terms.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and woman participation in all contracts.
