Notice is hereby given that bid proposals will be received by Kenmore City Clerk for the 80th Ave NE Sidewalk and Bike Lane Project. Bids shall be accepted via email electronically only. Electronic bids are due no later than May 13, 2026 – 2:00 PM EXACTLY, Pacific local time, at which time bids for the above referenced project will be opened, printed, organized and publicly read aloud at 2:15PM.
ITEM FOR BID:
The City of Kenmore seeks a contractor to furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the project referenced above. The work shall include, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to construct HMA pavement, grind and overlay, curb and gutter, sidewalk, paved bike lane, driveways, channelization, mailbox relocation, retaining walls, storm drainage, and utility casting adjustments.
All bidding shall be based upon compliance with the Contract Plans and Contract Provisions.
The estimated construction cost: $3,150,000.
