Solicitation Summary
This is a MULT-STEP Invitation for Bids for Renewable Energy.
The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of State Procurement (OSP) intends to establish one or more contracts to acquire electrical energy and associated renewable energy credits (REC) to be applied to the State’s obligations under the Maryland Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS), found at Md. Code Ann., Pub. Util, §7-701 et seq.

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held regarding this solicitation. Although attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged.
Questions pertaining to this Solicitation will be due to the Procurement Officer by 3:00 PM Local Time on August 8, 2025.
