SB020-26 Purchase of Residential / Light Commercial Natural Gas Regulators

The City of Lawrenceville is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the Purchase of Residential / Light Commercial Natural Gas Regulators on an Annual Contract with four (4) renewal options for the Lawrenceville Gas Department.
Bids should be typed or submitted in ink and returned in a sealed container marked on the outside with the SB# and Company Name. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at the Lawrenceville City Hall ¿ Finance Department, 70 S. Clayton Street Main Level, Room M46A, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046. Any bid received after this date and time will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 2:00 P.M.
Questions regarding bids should be directed to City of Lawrenceville Purchasing Division at purchasing@lawrencevillega.org or by calling 678-407-6420, no later than 3:00 P.M. on March 13, 2026. Bids are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. All bids should be submitted in duplicate.
