A. INVITATION FOR BIDS
Project Name: Annual Storm Structure Maintenance Program 2026
Project No. 26-019-CIP
The City of Dublin, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the materials and labor necessary for the construction of
the Annual Storm Structure Maintenance Program 2026 Project. Bids shall be received by City
of Dublin via Bid Express until 01:00 PM local time on September 9, 2026.
The City of Dublin may choose to not award the bid-and bidders shall hold bids open-until sixty days after
the bid opening. The work for which bids are invited consists of: The rehabilitation and installation of storm
structures throughout the City of Dublin. This includes the restoration of pavement and soil in part thereof.
The cost estimate for the Project is $176,000.
Documents are available online at www.bidexpress.com at no charge. By downloading the attachments, you
will immediately become a plan holder. This ensures you receive addendums that may be issued.
As a bidder, you must register, set up to bid, and review each solicitation you intend to bid electronically on
before bidding. Note: Navigation of the Bid Express service is FREE unless you select a solicitation for
bidding and complete your purchase.
Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the
Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a surety company or corporation
licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons
interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experience on projects of similar size and
complexity. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed by November 30, 2026.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable use Ohio products,
materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Payment of Prevailing Wages required
for this Project.
The City of Dublin reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or
irregularities in the bidding process and to enter into a contract with the bidder whom, in its opinion, offers
the lowest and best bid.
Each bidder must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against
based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
