Solicitation Summary

The State is issuing this solicitation to provide quality janitorial services and cover all janitorial tasks under the specifications attached to this IFB. The specifications herein pertain to the Westminster District Court/Multi-Service Center, located at 101 North Court Street, Westminster, Maryland, which is managed under the authority of the Maryland Department of General Services, Office of Facilities Operations and Maintenance, which is an Agency of the State of Maryland. It is the State’s intention to obtain goods and services, as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the selected Bidder and the State.

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies (except those specified in Sections 2.3.P and 2.3.Q) necessary to perform the daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual cleaning of the building in strict conformance with the standards within the IFB.
Three-Year (3) Contract with two (2) one (1) year renewal options

Contractors must comply with Maryland’s Green Purchasing Reporting Requirements.
