Request for Qualifications for Construction Administrator Services
BI-JA-506-CA, Hartford Correctional Center (CC) – Facility Roof Inspection/Replacement, 177 Weston Street, Hartford, CT 06120. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide construction administrator services in support of the above-reference Project. The subject facility consists of multiple buildings constructed at different time spans. The roofing systems are comprised of approximately 24,000 sqft of built-up roofing, 21,000 sqft of roll modified roofing, 90,000 sqft of rubber with stone ballast roofing, and 6,000 sqft of glue down rubber.
