Summary
It is the intention of these specifications to provide prospective proposers the requirements for support services for aging and disabled residents. This includes homemaker/home health, social and medical adult day care, licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, in-patient residential health care facility services, companion services, campership and home-delivered meals.
There are two (2) funding sources:
- The New Jersey Statewide Respite Care Program
- Middlesex County Multi Assistance Program (MCMAP)
