2025 Unit Priced Overhead Door and Gate Repair Services

Project Description: This contract provides for the repair, replacement, and service of overhead door equipment and motor operated gates at multiple sites with various door systems at each site and other work and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
Contractor shall be an active partner in delivery of overhead door and motor operated gate repair services. Contractor shall make recommendations about alternatives that will restore access or preserve site security when delays occur for any reason such as in the lead time of repair services, the delivery of parts or other similar situations.
Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supplies required to complete the work. Work shall include low voltage wiring on every project as needed and included in the price. High voltage wiring shall be done by either a City electrician or City electrical contracted contractor.
The City intends to award one contract for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for one (1) additional year.
Engineer's Estimate - $100,000 per year
