2026 Farm Upgrades - INVITATION TO TENDER

The 2026 Farm Upgrades project includes the construction of two (2) stormwater management facilities (SWMF), turn-out pen, ditches, and the reconstruction of select granular roadways at the Lakeland College Farm in Vermilion, AB.
The Work generally consists of the following:
• Topsoil stripping,
• Excavation and grading,
• Installation of two (2) control structures,
• Subgrade preparation,
• Culvert installation, including rock-rip rap,
• Granular base course placement,
• Topsoil placement, and
• Seed.
The work may commence on September 15, 2026 and the completion date shall be June 30, 2027.

Each Tender must be submitted electronically to the following email address with the subject line containing the following:

Electronic submission of Tenders will be received electronically until 2:00 P.M., local time, Tuesday, September 01, 2026. No Tender received after this time will be considered. The Owner and Consultant cannot guarantee confidentiality of any emailed notice, and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with this form of communication.
The following information is also to be clearly stipulated in the email submission:

Bidder’s Name and Address
Tenders submitted by mail and/or delivered by hand will not be accepted.
The Bidder acknowledges that their submitted Tender becomes the property of the Owner and will be retained by the Owner after the date of closing of the Tenders.
Tenders will not be opened and read publicly
