Notice of Request for Bids (RFB) - Aluminum Cargo Trailer

The Londonderry Police Department is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a custom 8’ x 20’ v nose aluminum cargo  trailer. The primary objective is to source a trailer that will be used for our Hidden in Plain Sight drug awareness and substance abuse prevention program. A copy of the RFB may be downloaded from the Town’s website at www.londonderrynh.gov/bids

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Londonderry Police Department Aluminum Cargo Trailer”. All submittals must be submitted on or before Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM to be eligible for consideration.

The Town of Londonderry reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal, which in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Town.
