Description
The City of Port Coquitlam requests proposals from qualified consulting firms with experience in subdivision and servicing regulations and bylaw preparation to repeal and replace the existing Subdivision Servicing Bylaw 1987, No, 2241 with a new:
i) Development and Servicing Bylaw and,
ii) Engineering Design Criteria and Supplementary Construction Specifications.
The new Development and Servicing Bylaw will provide updated servicing requirements, development procedures, and compliance with new Provincial housing regulations while the new Engineering Design Criteria and Supplementary Construction Specifications will provide updated design criteria and construction specifications. It is the intent of the City to use this RFP process to select a single qualified consultant for the provision of the goods and/or services.
