Notice is given that on December 17 at 2:00PM the Metropolitan Council will receive and publicly open
separate sealed bids for Hoists Replacement (FTH, STH, OHB), Project Number 62323, Contract Number
25P282.
The work of this project includes removal of existing vehicle maintenance equipment and replacing with
new equipment at three F. T. Heywood Garage (FTH), South Garage (STH), Overhaul Base (OHB). This
new equipment includes one parallel, three inground 3-piston vehicle lifts, and 8 wireless mobile column lifts
for bus maintenance.

Site visits will be held on December 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM, starting at FTH (Heywood) Garage. Please
meet the Project Manager at the main entrance of the office building. Please plan accordingly to allow
for time to park (visitor parking may be available in front of the office building). The site visit will begin
promptly at noon.
The Metropolitan Council is only accepting electronic bid packages. All bids MUST be submitted through

must be a registered Plan Holder on QuestCDN to submit a bid.
