Project Description: Hillsborough County Facilities Management & Real Estate Services Department requires a qualified Contractor to provide moderately complex repairs, replacements, and/or renovations of HVAC systems and associated work at various County-owned facilities, buildings, and sites throughout the County, estimated at $9,090,000.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 10% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
