Assorted Quantities The Calhoun County Board of Education invites bids for Band Instruments.
Please see the attached Specifications List. All items must be quoted.

Price quoted shall include delivery costs. Delivery to be within 30 days of
order/bid award.

No substitutes allowed. Bid must be quoted for exact instruments only.
Bids will be considered if all items are included in the bid.
Bid Price Valid for One Year After Bid Opening.

Annual Renewal of the contract may be made up to a maximum period of four
years at the Board's option. Any successive contact must have the written
approval of both the Board of Education and the vendor no later than 30 days
prior to the expiration of the previous contract
