LSC Supply and Install rational Ovens

Specifications:
The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage an experienced, certified commercial vendor for the supply and install of rational ovens for the Living Sky Casino location listed below.
The Bidder shall furnish all labor and materials including hardware, tools, and equipment, and shall include in its Bid Price all applicable taxes for such work, services and materials plus overhead and profit necessary for the total completion and acceptance of Work.

Mandatory Site Visit:
All Bidders intending to respond to this ITT are invited to attend a Mandatory Site Visit. The Site Visit shall be held at the Living Sky Casino (LSC), located at 1401 North Service Road East, Swift Current, Sk. S9H 3X6 on Thursday, April 23 at 1:00 PM (CST). Attendance at the Site Visit is a mandatory requirement to the submission of an ITT response, failure to attend the Site Visit could disqualify a Bidder. Bidders Instructions/Checklist:
Equipment:
 Substitutes are not allowed.
 Specification sheet (brand name, model, description, picture, etc.) is required with your bid submission.
 Standard warranty to be included. Provide warranty information, including quality and workmanship warranty, with your bid submission.
 All equipment and parts must comply with Municipal, Provincial and Federal rules, regulations, codes and standards.
 These components shall be robust and support 24/7 commercial operations. All components must be of high quality and be CE certified and meet all Canadian regulations.
Vendor:
 The successful vendor shall assume full responsibility to supply and install the rational ovens.
 The vendor must have at least three current (3) references of good standing, for the same work scope, comparable size and magnitude. (Company name, contact name, address, phone number, email address). SIGA and it’s employees should not be listed as reference to this ITT.
 All items must be delivered to the F.O.B Delivery Point, any additional costs should be included.
 The successful vendor shall provide order confirmation and tracking information.
Installation:
 Installation Plan and all drawings (if required) are to be provided with bid submission.
 Installation date and times will be scheduled/confirmed with the successful vendor(s). Must meet all codes and standards.
 Rational oven placement must be approved by LSC Asset Protection Manager or delegate.
SIGA requirements:
 All workers must be 19 years of age or older to be on SIGA’s property and are prohibited from gambling during work.
