The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals through the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process for the Texas A&M University Satellite Utility Plant 1 (SUP1) Expansion in College Station, Texas. This project will add a 2,500-ton centrifugal water-cooled chiller and associated equipment to support the near future utility needs of West Campus, along with 15,100 gross square feet (10,570 assignable square feet at 70% efficiency) to the plant. It should also support future expansion, including one additional 2,500-ton chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pump, and condenser water pump.
