Project Description: The Utah Department of Transportation, Procurement Services has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms interested in providing a variety of Fiber Optic and ATMS Construction Services. The contracts will be used to hire contractors to do fast-turnaround, relatively straightforward construction services. The contractors will indicate their pricing to perform the work by line-item and will be paid on a line-item basis for the quantity of work that is performed.
Contractors must note that there are standards and specifications required by the Utah Department of Transportation that must be followed.
The State retains the right to reopen the solicitation to allow additional contractors to submit responses at any time.

It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in MULTIPLE CONTRACT Awards.
Length of Contract:
period ending 03/31/2028 with no options for renewal.
