Project Description: Reconstruct/Pave - Banks Township - Street Improvements - Pine, Goat & R Street - FY2021, FY2022.
Bid packages including specifications, scope of services and bid documents may be obtained at no cost via PennBid (www.pennbid.net).
Bids will be received electronically via PennBid until 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened at the Carbon County Commissioners meeting at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Bids may be held by Carbon County Planning & Development Office for a period not to exceed 2 weeks from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Carbon County Commissioners will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids.
A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. A performance & payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder at the request of the Carbon County Planning & Development Office .
Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Questions” feature within PennBid no later than Monday, March 31, 2025 at 4:00 PM.
