The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Emergency deer feed pellets in a specific formulation for pickup or delivery within 72-hours during the winter, to three delivery locations in Ogden, Springville, and Ephraim, UT.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the duration of the contract.
